There are several great reads in this area, my favorite two are: 

* Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz 

* See You At The Top by Zig Ziglar 

I know they are old, but I like them because they don't rely on NLP and aren't affected by modern psychotherapist-babble speak.
