Many of you just started following this blog, others have been with me since 2007. You may or may not catch every single posting, so I've reviewed the last year to come up with the dozen most talked about postings on Sanders Says. I look at retweets, Digg submissions, comments and my stats reports for incoming links. If you haven't read or commented on these dozen top posts, please do.

Hi Tim,
I liked the 2nd one best, about attitudes. I think attitude is everything. People respond more to our attitude than anything else. When we have a good outlook, even when other things aren't quite right, our attitude can save the day.
Here's an example. It is so powerful to simply have an attitude of sincere caring and concern for the people we do business with. Maybe you will disagree, but I think 99% of the people who work in a job do the absolute minimum necessary, just enough to not get fired. (That's why I love your books so much; they are changing the way people work and think!) So, if we actually have an attitude of caring about our client, and actually care to make sure that they succeed it makes a world of difference. Even if it is just caring enough that they succeed with what we are helping them with.
Most consultants just produce a bunch of reports that nobody wants to read and the information is usually ignored. But if we show up and actually try to help the client, that attitude transcends everything else.
Anyway, that's my random ramblings. Yay Lovecats!
