This post is exactly why I love the summertime here in Cleveland. For at least 7 months of the year it's difficult to get up, go outside and walk around without major issues such as bundling up, grabbing an umbrella, putting on different shoes, etc. (In fact, for 3 of those months you'd have to be nuts.)
But for 5 months of the year I can actually get up, go outside for a short walk around my garden, and come back re-energized. Now if I could just figure out what to do the other 7 months...
